Frequency of Practice
It is important to find a frequency of practice that
is neither too much,
nor too little. In the beginning you may want to start with two or three
classes per week. This will help you to develop a rhythm in practice and
retain
the yoga postures in the body's cellular and muscular memory.
As
you develop, and become more excited about yoga you may want to increase
your
attendance to four to six times per week. Remember, you should enjoy
your yoga
practice and it should be something you look forward to. Find the
balance
between not enough and too much.
