Training Rates

Depending on your fitness goals, exercise experience, health history, and commitment level, I will recommend a training program ranging from $20-$60 per session. We prefer to help more people at lower rates, rather than fewer people at higher rates!


Hours Available

I work with clients Monday through Saturday from 6AM until 9PM. However, I do apologize in advance my availability is very limited! Good news, if we are not able to train together, there are many other incredible FITNESS BY VIDAL Personal Trainers!

Lunch Crunch

What is it..?


30 Minute Strength Circuits that will have your heart pumping and body shaking..
This is a Fast-paced, circuit-style strength training program utilizing free weights, machines, Resistant bands, physio balls, medicine balls and cardio equipment.

This is for the extremely busy professionals the want to get results but don't have the time. Lunch Crunch will get you results on your lunch break, after your workout you take a shower and get back to work feeling rejuvenated and stress free.

Group Size
Each time slot is designed for 2-4 participants at one time. The average group size is 2 people.

If you are busy then this is the program for you. Stop by get a quick change of clothes and then you begin. No time wasted and you will get back to work or your daily activity feeling fresh and pumped.
