WHAT IS ZUMBA!
A Zumba® Fitness Class is a fun filled, dance party!
This hour long
class is filled with different rhythms and routines which are changed on an
average of 4 to 5 weeks. Allowing you to become familiar with the moves each week,
in a fun, party atmosphere.
It's an amazing
energy and mood booster and you can't help but smile from start to finish.
The moves can
be extremely effective if executed correctly.
You can burn
between 400 to 1,000 calories in just one session!
You don't have
to be a dancer, just someone that loves music and enjoys life!
One of the best
things about Zumba Fitness is the fact that there's no right way or wrong way
to Zumba®.
-Everyone has
there own style and can work at their own level of fitness. If you get the
steps wrong it doesn't matter as long as you enjoy the class and have fun while
getting fit in a welcoming, happy, high energy environment, that leaves you
feeling a fantastic high!
The class is
lead by a qualified Zumba® Fitness Instructor, using a watch and follow method.
The movements
and steps are extremely easy to follow and intoxicating to perform and
watch.
The routines
are fun and effective, combining both fast and slow
rhythms with resistance
training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat for a successful
aerobic workout.
The music grabs
you and you will forget that you are working out as you target your legs,
abs, glutes and arms.
Your facial
muscles will also get a workout from all the smiling you do while taking
