            I have been personal training with Vidal Thorpe for a year now.  I was first introduced to him by a friend that strongly recommended his work out style, enthusiasm, and personal compassion he had for his clients.  Within the first session I was sold!  Vidal took his time to get to know me, and my body type.  From that point on, he has always tapered my workout plan to fit my body exclusively. 

            Before meeting Vidal, I was unhappy with my appearance and I was not sleeping at night.  Now, I enjoy seeing Vidal and the other members of Fitness by Vidal on a daily routine.  At Fitness by Vidal, we never do the same routine twice but we always get an excellent workout.  I like this because it never leaves me feeling bored of dissatisfied.  Not to mention, Vidal’s personality is addictive and will have any person smiling and laughing non-stop from the time they walk through the door.     

            As of now, I am at a level of fitness that my body has never experienced before.  I am able to see major improvement in my inner core, legs, and arms.  I had someone ask me the other day if I was a personal trainer and all I could do was thank Vidal under my breath!  My body feels so much better!  I sleep easier, wake up easier, and I feel an overall sense of appreciation because I know I have worked hard to get to where I am.  This would not be possible without Vidal.

            I am very inspired by Vidal and all of the things Fitness by Vidal has to offer.  If there is ever a day that I cannot make it to the gym, he has already sent me a workout plan to do at home.  In the past year, he has branched out to his own personal gym and turning people on to the thriving sense of “I got to have it” work out system.  Plus, he is encouraging people to get healthy and be happy!!! 

            It is a necessity to acquire a discipline of exercise in order to possess the ultimate capacity of human energies and not have them be wasted.  Fitness by Vidal is the place to find your true overwhelming sense of self-fulfillment.

After gaining almost 50 pounds while pregnant with my son, I did not think that I would ever get back into my size 4 jeans.  About the time I decided to get serious about losing the weight, I heard about Vidal and his innovative and fun fitness programs. After contacting Vidal about my fitness goals, he developed a personalized post-pregnancy workout for me which incorporated my son (a.k.a. “The Weight”).
