Our summer program is a sport training system based on science. We deliver real, quantifiable results to local athletes, including professional athletes, no matter their age, gender or sport. It’s a brand built out of a firm belief that there is a better way to train athletes, a better way to rehabilitate and a better way to maintain peak athletic performance. We propel our athletes from the bench to the field, from freshman to varsity squads, from high school to college and from college to the pros.
When an athlete walks through our doors, he or she walks into our world, where maximizing athletic potential is our anthem. Our trainers have the sports-science knowledge to improve athleticism safely and effectively. We assess your strengths and weaknesses and create a training program like no other—one that is tailored specifically for you—in an environment that can’t be found anywhere else. We train you to move better, faster, be more stable and be in the best possible condition for your sport. You will leave us knowing that you are now bigger, faster and stronger than ever before. By creating a training environment that allows us to safely take you beyond what you can normally do, your body responds quickly, and the improvements are solid and long lasting.

Programs Summer Program Pricing
B.E. F.A.S.T. Speed Program: (Balance, Endurance, Flexibility, Agility, Speed, Training) – This is a 8 week program that meets twice a week. Athletes will develop and improve the 5 components of speed with an emphasis on running technique, core development, balance, agility, linear, lateral, and multi-directional movements.
SPEED TRAINING
Sport-Specific Program: Develops the fitness base and sport-specific conditioning necessary to excel in their chosen sports. This program is designed to improve movements that involve high-intensity physical exe
rtion critical to performance. A trainer will analyse sport movements and implement a workout that will improve weaknesses and also further enhance strengths. We will target specific muscles used and incorporate them to your exercise program. Athletes will be exposed to a wide variety of athletic development exercises including movement preparation, plyometrics, agility ladders, cone drills, sprints and shuttle runs to improve running technique, linear and lateral speed, 1st step quickness, change of direction, and sports specific conditioning. This program meets 3 times a week. This program includes running and it a combination of the other two programs that we offer.
Complex Training: (A combination of resistance training and plyometrics.) This 8 week program meets 3 times per week. The essence of complex training is that athletes must do more than just build muscle to increase strength: They need to train the nervous system as well. We make slow muscle fibers behave like fast twitch fibers. It’s an intense strength training program where athletes will be exposed to functional exercises for their specific sport along with basic weight training.
